Anthropic Professionalizes the Stack: What the New Claude Certifications Mean for You
In March, Anthropic quietly signaled its maturity as an enterprise player by launching the Claude Certified Architect: Foundations (CCAF). Currently in a limited release for partners, this is the first step in a roadmap that will soon include specialized tracks for Developers and Architects.

The Shift from "Prompting" to "Architecting"
If you look at the CCAF requirements, Anthropic is leaning heavily into System Prompts, Tool Use (Function Calling), and Constitutional AI. As an Architect or TPM, you're being tested on:

- Steerability: Using the
systemblock to enforce enterprise governance without degrading model performance. - The "Context Wall": Managing RAG injection vs. long-context window trade-offs.
